School Skills Class for 3 - 5 year olds at Gymboree of Red Bank

Gymboree Play & Music, 26 Applegate Street, of Red Bank has been teaching moms and children since 1985. We are a world renowed program with nationwide and international locations. Our programs are developed for children newborn - 5 yrs to help them develop social skills, build self-confidence, self-esteem, build the key social, emotional and intellectual skills needed for school and life with specially designed school skills classes for preschool children ages 3-5.

This article will focus on our School Skills Class.  It meets every Tuesday and/or Fridays from 9:15-11:15am and is our Pre-school for almost 3 yr olds - 5 yr olds.  The cost is $96 per month for one time a week or $183 per month for twice a week.  Encourage curiosity and build self-confidence in your preschooler through art, science exploration, play and more. Teachers also read children's books that explore and nurture key social and emotional skills, engage in activities that require cooperation and self-awareness, and encourage communication with peers.

This school skills class includes both independent and group learning activities to promote the important personal and social skills your preschool child will need for a successful transition into school. Children learn a new letter every week and to supplement that learning, they will do art projects that correspond with the letter of the day. Science is also incorporated into the School Skills class as well.
