Description
"I'll-pack-a-picnic!" Get ready to pack your picnic and have fun with some of the most popular girls on the farm, our alpacas! You will learn about the alpacas, ask all of your questions, spend some quality time one on one inside the pen and make long lasting memories (with pictures to prove it!). This is a great opportunity to come together with your local community for a fun experience. Picnic tables will be set up family style for parties of under 6 people. For larger groups we will try our best to seat you together but we can't promise. Please leave the name of the party your are coming with on the note section at checkout (if purchasing separately). This picnic is open to children 3 and up who are accompanied by their parents or guardian. Our coffee bar will be open for water and refreshments for purchase if you wish. Please note that every person inside the alpaca pen (adults and children) need to be ticket holders.

Details: - Only ticket holders will be allowed entry inside of the pen. All adults and children must have a ticket. - Please arrive 10-15 minutes in advance to check in. For the safety of our animals and guests we will lock the pen once the Alpaca Picnic begins at 10am - Ticket holders are allowed to bring their own picnic for this workshop only - Please note that Oak Hill Farms does not allow outside food or beverages on the property on a regular basis, but will allow it for this workshop ONLY and for ticket holders ONLY. Just ticket holders are allowed to stay for the picnic. - No spectators. This workshop is only open for ticket holders. - The only things allowed inside the goat pen will be your blanket/towel to sit on and your phone, to help us keep our goats safe. Please leave the rest of your belongings in your car or against the fence line by the yoga pen. - In the event we feel there is disruptive behavior that is putting the workshop or our goats at risk, Oak Hill Farms reserves the right to ask the disruptive parties to leave the pen. - This event is rain or shine. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO CREDITS FOR FUTURE EVENTS. We will only cancel the event if we have down pouring or thunderstorms on the forecast and we will make a call by the night prior and let you know. In case we need to cancel the event we will issue a refund within 2-3 business days from the day of the event IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY. If for some reason after you purchase the ticket you can't make it anymore, you are more than welcome to gift or resale your ticket but Oak Hill Farms won't issue refunds or become responsible to resale your tickets
