Lining up at 1, parades starts 2pmDescription
Annual Halloween Parade and then costume contest with post parade activities in the white Street Lot. The kids will have the opportunity to march the route and enjoy parading in their costumes. The kids will line up, (spaced out) and judging will begin at 1pm on Hudson and E Bergen Pl. The parade will feature festive activities and music. The parade kicks off at 2.
