Start Lining up at 1:15, parades starts 2pmDescription
Annual Halloween Parade and then costume contest with post parade activities in the white Street Lot. The kids will have the opportunity to march the route and enjoy parading in their costumes. The kids will line up, (spaced out) on Irving and Arthur Places. The parade will feature music, firetrucks and antique cars and more. Line up begins at 1:15 pm and the parade steps off at 2.
