Annual Halloween Parade Unfortunately, there will be not be a costume contest or post parade activities in the white Street Lot. The kids will have the opportunity to march the route and enjoy parading in their costumes. The kids will line up, (spaced out) on Irving and Arthur Places. The parade will feature music, firetrucks and antique cars and more. Line up begins at 1:15 pm and the parade steps off at 2. After the parade, everyone is welcomed to enjoy food, shopping and other activities throughout Red Bank. The kids will line up, (spaced out) on Irving and Arthur Places
