Monmouth Day Care Center’s educational philosophy and curricula are derived from developmentally appropriate practice and the whole child philosophy. Both of these philosophies are based on the belief that the children’s social, emotional, physical and intellectual development are of equal importance. The Center utilizes Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum. Children are nurtured and challenged in all areas of development. Recognizing that children develop at different rates with varying styles, we strive to help each child flourish as an individual growing at his or her own pace.
