Behind the scenes, Monmouth Flow has been going through a full transformation. Not just a fresh coat of paint on the website, but a real rebuild of who we are, what we offer, and who's teaching you. We're excited (and honestly, a little proud) to finally share it with you.
The Rebrand
Our site has a new home, and our studios in Shrewsbury have a new look to match. We moved away from a cookie-cutter franchise feel and leaned into something quieter, more intentional, and more us — clean lines, natural tones, and a space that feels less like a gym and more like a place you actually want to be.
This wasn't a marketing exercise. It was about making sure the studio you walk into looks and feels like the community we actually are.
A Class Lineup Built for Every Body and Every Mood
New teachers means new energy, and new energy means it was time to expand what's on the schedule. Here's what you'll find on the mat now:
- Hatha — slow, grounded, foundational
- Vinyasa — breath-led movement, building heat
- Yin with Sound Bowls — deep stretch paired with sound healing for full nervous-system reset
- Sculpt — strength training meets yoga flow
- Yogalates — the yoga-Pilates hybrid you didn't know you needed
- Mat Pilates — classic core and control work
- Restorative — stillness, support, and recovery
And for the first time, we're offering two non-heated classes — because not everyone wants to sweat through their practice, and that's more than okay. Sometimes you just need the movement without the heat.
Meet the Teachers
We didn't just add classes. We added five new instructors to our team, bringing over three decades of combined teaching and training experience through our doors.
That includes a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer now leading our Sculpt and Pilates classes — so if you've been wanting that added layer of strength-training expertise inside your yoga practice, it's here.

A studio is only as good as the people in it and the space they get to move in. This rebrand wasn't about chasing a trend it was about building something that actually reflects the community we've grown here, and giving you more ways to show up for yourself, however that looks on any given day.
