Welcome to A Wide World of Wonder Play Group! Through sensory-based play, our semester-long play group classes focus on the innate sense of wonder in our children. Our little ones need the freedom of exploration and discovery in order to build a strong foundation for emotional and cognitive learning. A play-based workshop fosters curiosity, creativity, confidence and connection. Wide World of Wonder experiences are multi-sensory, real, and open ended. We let kids be kids. We embrace the fleeting years filled with discovery and wonder, magic and the feeling that all is good in the world. If we instill a sense of wonder in our little ones, a spark is ignited that propels children to explore and question the world around them. During each play group session, children enthusiastically immerse themselves in learning and delight in being amazed at what they discover. A Wide World of Wonder offers 3-5 year old children unique opportunities for playfulness – to freely and joyfully explore, engage and connect with the world around them.

Wonder Seekers Play Group
Children love learning about the sea and have vivid imaginations. Children also love sensory play and art making! In this series of classes, we will combine the two! We will begin each class at the water and sand tables and utilize a variety of centers for child-selected project-making. Children will collect, sort, experience a wide variety of sensory bins, create their own "ocean in a bottle," underwater I spy jar, and more. We supply all materials. The only thing to bring with you is your imagination and your innate sense of wonder!

Wonder Seekers Play Group: It’s Fall!
Our children learn through play. In order for our 3-5 year olds to learn, they need to have 3, 4, and 5 year old experiences! Now that we are celebrating autumn, our little ones will use their senses to creatively engage with all things "fall". We will paint, create paper mache leaf bowls, choose how to decorate our own pumpkin, interact with a variety of related sensory bins, and create individual autumn masterpieces. Our workshop is filled with tons of materials and open ended supplies designed to engage every child!
