Middletown Sports Complex Offers 20 Acres of Indoor and Outdoor Fun

The Middletown Sports Complex is a sports, recreation and special events haven that offers a variety of unique opportunities. The 20-acre facility has two ice skating rinks, three swimming pools and an outdoor field. The complex offers ice hockey, learn to play, learn to skate, public skating, and adult leagues. It is the home of the New Jersey Titans Youth Hockey Program and well as the New Jersey Titans of the North American Hockey League, the highest level of junior hockey on the East Coast.

The Complex offers special events such as Goat Yoga, Paws in the Pool, Movies in the Woods, Murder Mysteries and many more! A variety of parties are offered including pool, laser tag, ice skating, milestone, painting, and make your own pizza. The three pool Swim Club offers private and competitive swim lessons, special events, Dive-in Movies and more. Memberships are available and walk-ins are welcome.

There is the Titans Pro Shop that offers Titans Under Armour apparel and accessories such tape, laces, mouth pieces and more. Skate Sharpening also is available.  

Hungry? The Titans Café offers an array of items including items including breakfast, lunch and dinner entries. There is a catering menu and cabanas are available for corporate meetings and other types of events.

Middletown Sports Complex also includes Sports Performance Lab and Theryadyanmics. Sports Performance Lab is a cutting-edge testing, performance training, recovery, and sports rehabilitation facility dedicated to reducing the risk of injuries and maximizing potential in athletes. Theryadynamics offers occupational and physical therapy and sports rehabilitation. SPL and Theryadynamics team of experts combine cutting-edge technology with scientifically proven methodologies to promote overall health and human performance.
