We offer classes from 3 year old to adult. Our faculty is dedicated to developing the artistic ability within each student while inspiring them to be their best. We have been teaching dancers for over 30 years and are a highly acclaimed and recognized classical ballet school on the east coast.
Classical Ballet is the largest program at the Academy and classes are available for ages 3+. Training includes Pointe, Performance classes and incorporates Vaganova & Royal Academy of Dance methods.
Modern students are challenged with Graham and Horton methods. Students learn what’s at the forefront of dance today in our cutting edge Contemporary classes. Classes are available for ages 6+ for Modern and ages 11+ for Contemporary.
Hip Hop students learn precision & extreme coordination in an energized setting. Tap students learn proper sound & rhythm as well as classic musical theater numbers. Jazz students learn classical technique along with style & finesse. The Hip Hop, Tap, and Jazz classes are offered for ages 6+.
ADA is the only area dance school with Pilates & GYROTONIC® training on specialized equipment. Stretch, Yoga and Body Conditioning are offered for limbering & strengthening. Ages 7+ for Stretch classes; otherwise ages 10+.
